National wildlife refuges offer us all a chance to unplug from the stresses of daily life and reconnect with our natural surroundings. Refuge trails, fishing areas and the Visitor Center are located at 4005 Sandpiper Road, Virginia Beach. Seven trails and the Refuge beach are available for visitor recreation.
